Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply to these general terms and conditions:
Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Consumer: the natural person who purchases products for personal and non-professional use. Day: calendar day. Fixed-term contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services with scheduled deliveries. Durable medium: any means that allows the consumer to store personal information for future unaltered use. Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within the established period. Trader: Represent US, which offers products and services remotely to consumers. Distance contract: a contract concluded through distance communication techniques within an organized sales system. Distance communication technique: a means that allows a contract to be concluded without simultaneous physical presence. General terms: this document.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Represent US and to every distance contract concluded with the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the text will be made available to the consumer in a way that allows it to be saved on a durable medium.
In the event of additional conditions, the clause most favorable to the consumer shall always prevail.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited duration or special conditions, this will be clearly indicated.
Offers are not to be considered binding: Represent US may modify them.
Products are accurately described, and images are for illustrative purposes.
Obvious or material errors do not bind Represent US.
The offer clearly specifies the rights and obligations arising from acceptance: price (applicable taxes and customs duties at the customer's expense), shipping costs, payment methods, right of withdrawal, and validity period.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is considered concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer.
In the case of an electronic order, Represent US will send immediate confirmation of receipt.
Represent US may verify the customer's creditworthiness; if the result is negative, it may refuse the order or apply additional conditions.
Upon delivery, the consumer receives information on: right of withdrawal, warranties, after-sales service, and company address.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw within 30 days of receiving the product, without any obligation to provide a reason.
During this period, the product must be handled with care and may not be used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.
Withdrawal must be communicated by email within 30 days; the product must be returned within the following 30 days.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products unsuitable for return by their nature
- Sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons
- Sealed audio/video recordings or software that have been opened
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Article 9 – Prices
Prices remain unchanged during the validity period of the offer, except for changes in applicable taxes or duties.
For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are at the customer's expense.
Obvious pricing errors do not bind Represent US.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
Represent US guarantees that products conform to the offer and meet the expected quality standards.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The warranty follows that of the manufacturer and does not cover damage caused by improper use.
Article 11 – Delivery
Represent US ships within the indicated timeframes, except in cases of force majeure.
In the event of a delay, the consumer will be informed and may withdraw from the contract.
Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Duration and Cancellation
Open-ended contracts may be cancelled with a maximum notice period of one month.
Fixed-term contracts terminate automatically. Tacit renewals are not permitted except in specific cases.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be made within the established terms.
In the event of non-payment, Represent US may charge debt collection costs.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue, with a clear description.
Represent US will respond within 14 days. If necessary, a longer timeframe will be communicated.
If the complaint is found to be valid, Represent US will arrange for free repair or replacement.
Article 15 – Applicable Law
The laws of the United States apply exclusively to all contracts with Represent US, including for consumers residing abroad. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.
