Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that it's completely normal for your tracking to show little or no movement during the first several days, while your order is being inspected and prepared for shipment. Your tracking will begin updating in real time once the package is dispatched, and you'll receive automated updates at every stage — confirmation, dispatch, in transit, and out for delivery.
